Sometimes it comes as a spark. Where were you all of that time?! I looked for you moment after moment with great expectation and often feeling let down. I tried so hard to find you…seemingly to no avail. Inspiration is like a train hopper.. a stereotypical crust punk hopping into town when he wishes and leaving when she wills. Inspiration is for all people men and women alike. It beckons to come take a hike on the tracks..if we like. Inspiration is sporadic and it is magical. Inspiration calls us to be a “Street Fairy”. https://youtu.be/kL3SlkMwzlg
I was going to title this an abstract musing but I ended up titling it An Abstract Music (due to typoe) …but sometimes the mistakes are where the arts gain ‘their’ power. Their as in the muses, the artifice devices of the mind. Deep in the collective unconsciousness of man lives that spark, that very desire to connect that when frustrated causes him to cave in on his very being and to wonder what it really truly is to be. To be or not to be..is that really the question or is the insatiable lust for man to know whether he has the right to distinguish between that which is dead or that which lives a pompous reality? Living starkly in contrast to the noetic consciousness of much of nature which is a simple being.. I, saw a star rise in my heart elevated into the darkness of space and I feared that it would become a black hole and fade into space…and though I saw all the other beautiful stars in the heavens I knew this was one that saved my life. I made a wish upon this star that it was actually a comet and that it would circle back to meet me one day. I feared my weakness. I feared my power. I am a son of God. https://soundcloud.com/future-spas/forest-through-the-trees (Check out my friends Future Spas page on Facebook) 😉
Pure Energy… that is something we could all use in our life right? I would say so. At pure energy farms we are all about that. We are simple people trying to live simply and get closer to our natural roots in the earth. As a kick off on Friday the 26th, Pure Energy Farms will be hosting me for “An Evening with Dillon.” It will be rustic yet sophisticated, relaxing and fun! I will be playing some of my great tunes along with this number..
The event will take place from 7pm to 10pm. Food and refreshments will be provided and I will have artwork for display or purchase. All the while Matthew Carpentier of (Motivate to Change) will have some refreshments (including popcorn and hot chocolate) along with his drive in theater set up displaying artistic videos on movie screen. Bonfires will light the night sky. It will be a wonderful night to bring a date and snuggle up to some good tunes around the bonfire in good ole nature. 🙂

It takes an artist to mourn like an artist and blogging is no exception. When you work out so many emotions…however trivial some may be; it is a work of the soul. If I were to try and mention how many dreary nights in the Myspace generation that I typed out veritable frescoes of my angst to cyberspace I would fail to deliver it justice. Justin Timberlake, give me my Blogs back.
I am in a very exciting time right now of expanding my mind via new world possibilities. Bitcoin currencies and other crypto-currencies so called have caught my attention; not just because of the way they seem to be looming on the horizon of financial history like giants ready to take off but also because they are revolutionizing the peer to peer level of human business transactions. Some conspiracy theorists think that bitcoins are too indicative of a suspiciously globalist agenda but that is a little far fetched. For sure bitcoins are a marquee for an age of greater trade between developed or developing countries but as far as I can tell Bitcoins are going to mark a return to a more localized manner and mindset of handling transactions WORLDWIDE! If you are interested in learning more about Bitcoins follow me here on WordPress and on Facebook at “Learning Bitcoins”. I will be sharing my process along the way! Also if you never have set up a Bitcoin wallet I recommend XAPO. They are a very trusted site that is very secure. Here is a referral to join for free and make a wallet to receive Bitcoin transactions http://xapo.com/r/XX3G4R4 . You will be started off instantly with 50 bits. Also Micro- pay outs can be received directly to your wallet free of charge by following this banner to Bitcoinker! http://bitcoinker.com/img/200×200.gif

Life is a baseball shooter simulator…but that also simulates curve-balls..constantly. I remember in my life a fabric or maybe two fabrics that touched my heart deeply; they were the scapular and my makeshift monk rags. I went to very many monastic retreats but I had the heart of a hermit. I went into solitude and became close to God but I was lonely. I went into community maintaining a stance towards eternal celibacy but I ended up dating…what a sinner. God is not a box but maybe He is. He is in and out of boxes. Boxes and not boxes are both in His image and likeness. I am a monk. I may not wear my robes. I may see myself with a wife and kids one day. I may see myself as more than a spiritual father but rather a progenitor of physical flesh and blood offspring but I am a monk. My monastery is God’s cosmic temple planet earth. Jesus with the spirits of the just made perfect.. You know me.
My name is Dillon Broxson. This is my blog “Musings of a Picture Frame Conversationalist”. In it I hope to speak all sorts of thing that matter to me and to touch upon and at sometimes even withdraw from contemporary culture. A little bit about myself: I am a skateboarder, a musician, artist, and an armchair philosopher. This comes naturally for a Southern Alabama raised gentleman like myself where table talk is just about as sweet as the tea. I am not afraid to call myself a product of my environment to an extent just as I am not afraid to say I do not necessarily fit the Alabama mold completely either. I am a Catholic for starters and the demographics are not necessarily in my favor if you know what I mean. I love conversations of philosophy and theology, ethics and psychology as well as just plain ole silly banter. I will cover all sorts of subjects both sacred and “secular” (whatever that means) in the course of this blog. This is your way of following me and seeing what on earth I am doing. Perhaps we can share a glass of tea as we journey. Pax Dominus Vobiscum.
